DeBerry Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR for our Spring Hill, TN office. By joining us, you’ll be part of a team of experienced and driven professionals who work together to provide top notch service and products to our clients.
Position: Personal Lines CSR
Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options
• Market Personal renewals to our carriers
• Create proposals for new business
• Handle billing resolution
• File and handle claims with concierge-like service
• Maintain agency procedures including documentation and follow up in Agency Management System
Qualifications:
• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to be a proactive team player
• Current P&C license in Tennessee
• Previous Personal Lines experience of 2 years is a plus
• Experience with Vertafore 360 Management System is a plus
• Excellent Written and Verbal skills by phone, letter, and email forms of communication
• Excellent Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Office 365
